General Terms and Conditions of Use
- The Agreement about the rules of using the Services mptrwa.com determines the rights and obligations of both the Proprietor and the User.
- Filling the Registration Form on the site http://mptrwa.com, the User fully accepts the conditions of this Agreement.
- The Proprietor has the right to change, correct and modify the Agreement.
- In case the User doesn't agree to the addenda of the Agreement, he is obliged to delete his account and stop further use of the Services.
- On all points, connected with the work of the Services, the technical support is executed only through the special form on the site http://mptrwa.com.
The Order and conditions of the Registration of the User
- The Registration of the User on the site http://mptrwa.com is voluntary.
- The will of the Registration in the Services is carried out by filling the registration form, that goes to the Proprietor.
- Every registered User can stop his registration on the site in any moment and stop being a User.
- At stopping the Registration on the site, the User isn't paid back the rest of his money from his balance. The Proprietor doesn't pay back any money and recover losses.
Right and Duties
The Proprietor of the Service has the following rights:
- to provide advertising and promotion on the site pages http://mptrwa.com;
- to e-mail the Users information concerning development and exploitation of the Service;
- to dispose the statistic of the Service;
- without any explanations delete the account of the User and block the access to the Services.
The Proprietor of the Services is obliged to:
- non-disclosure of the information that can help to identify the User.
The User is obliged:
- to pay the given facilities of the search in the web;
- not to use the access to the material in case it contradicts the legislation of the RF;
- not to give the password to the others;
- to meet conditions of the Agreement.
The User has right:
- to refuse the given facilities of the Service.
Responsibility
- The Proprietor doesn't answer for the temporary bugs and interruptions in the work of the Services.
- The Proprietor doesn't answer for the content and reliability of the materials, given to the User.
- The Proprietor can't control every User of the Services, that's why the responsibility for the use of the given materials is shifted onto the Users.
- The Proprietor doesn't answer for the use of the hardware support by the User.
- The Proprietor is not responsible for the quality of the channels of communication, used by the User, so he is not responsible for the financial and any other damage, brought by the use of the channels of communication of the low quality.
- The User answers for the safety of his login and password. In case of unapproved access to User's account, the whole responsibility is shifted onto the User.
- The User is responsible for the use of any hardware support, required for the work with the Services.
Other conditions
- The User uses http://mptrwa.com at his own risk.
- All hardware support, that is used and given on the Site is the property of it's producer (the proprietor of the rights) and is protected by local and international laws of the intellectual property rights and copyrights
- The Proprietor doesn't give the User any insurance that the User will get facility using the Services.
- The User agrees not to appeal to the Proprietor concerning the quality of the given facilities and also concerning any possible damage, received by the User after the using and getting the access to the Services of the Proprietor.
- The Proprietor informs the User, that the mp3 files, received by him with the help of http://mptrwa.com site:
a) do not belong to the Proprietor;
b) aren't kept on his medium.
The User himself gets the information, found with the help of the Search of the site on the sites of the third persons. Thus he starts the direct contacts with the proprietors of the sites and the authors of the works.
